I did not set this area up initially so I do not know just how it was formatted.
The problem is down after Row 36, Column ( L & N)
The first 4 rows returns a YES when a Y is entered in column L, Or a NO when a N is entered in column N.
The rows from 38 and down do not follow on.
If possible I would like all the same

One I have learnt over the last few months, " You are NEVER too old to learn ".
Sometimes I forget to say " Thank You " for your assistance, so here I say " A BIG Thank You. "
It's because of the gap in row 37.
Here's what I'd do:
1. Delete all y and n entries in L38 to N41.
2. In L37, type Yes, in N37, type No.
3. Select L37 to N37 and set the text colour to white so you can't see the text.
4. Test: type y into L38 and you should get the effect you want.

In addition, there is some VBA which changes (some of) the entries e.g C8) to upper case.
Personally, I would remove it as it adds no value (and the list to change is both incorrect and incomplete),
To remove it, right click on "Sheet1" tab, select "View code" and delete
That was requested and added following Peter's earlier thread. I agree - it's not needed.
