    Extract information from table to meet a given criteria

    I have got a table with information from a project.

    How can I get average of the A) project cost with estimate type strategic and concept.

    B) 😎 Average of management cost for projects with value > 10 million

    That's too much data for a sample workbook and I cannot see where you have mocked up what you want manually.

    Not going to play guessing games - provide a better sample workbook, please.

    First formula: =AVERAGEIF($D$2:$D$713,"Strategic",$E$2:$E$713)+AVERAGEIF($D$2:$D$713,"Concept",$E$2:$E$713)
    Second formula: =AVERAGEIF($E$2:$E$713,">10000000",$G$2:$G$713)
