how to find unique value based on all column

Dear All,
how to find the unique value based on all column by using very easy technic, without formula.

A B
018 ok
018 not ok
018 ok
018 not ok

in column A value will be available & in column B remarks will be available. based on the remarks unique value will be find out.
i have a formula to find it, as per below format, which is enough for me,

A B C
018 ok Accepted
018 not ok Not Accepted
018 ok Not Accepted
018 not ok Not Accepted

but is there have any option to do so without formula.

I don't see anything unique about the sample data given, and I am not sure what you mean by 'very easy without formula'. Without a clear idea of what you want it's impossible to say.

please check the attached file as reference, with the help of the formula i found unique executed & not executed count (PivotTable).

actually i am finding that, is there have any other option to do so without this formula
