Match Numbers and Fill Cost on Each Cell

Hello,

I have a formula in Google Sheets that searches a column and finds all numbers that match, then searches for another column that has the text "Shipping Charges." Then it finds the price in another column that has the shipping price, then it fills the cells for each column to add the shipping cost to each line item.
