Fill fantasy baseball roster based on stats & cost

I am an excel rookie, I have a nice spreadsheet but I want it to do something more advanced. I work in IT but I handle VMware, physical servers and SAN storage. Excel is defiantly not something I do on a regular basis.

I have a spreadsheet for fantasy baseball it has columns for Name/team/position/cost/R/RBI/HR/SB/OBP/kept/sold & Name/team/position/cost/W/S/ERA/WHIP/K/kept/sold

Then I have 251 rows of players w/ the stats above.

What I want to do is tell excel to take the 25 positions (minus the filled in slots on the my team tab form keepers) and tell it to fill my roster out w/o spending more than $260 based on the minimum stats of

    runs-1073 rbi-1024 hr-262 sb-131 obp- 0.3353
    Wins-66 era-3.59 whip-1.21 k-1449

If it can't do this get it to do it as close as possible w/ a variation of +/- 10

I will need it to understand that the players in the keeper column are to be excluded.

Below is a a few lines of the main spreadsheet

Name Team PSTN COST Runs RBI HR SB OBP Kept Sold
    Mike Trout LAA OF $40 107 93 31 20 0.386 21
    Giancarlo Stanton MIA OF $38 96 104 41 7 0.377 26
    Jose Bautista TOR OF $35 97 99 36 5 0.374
    Paul Goldschmidt ARI 1B $32 89 90 30 12 0.376 22
    Jose Abreu CHW 1B $32 88 102 37 4 0.362 18
    Miguel Cabrera DET 1B $32 89 98 30 2 0.391

Is this at all possible? sorry if this is confusing it makes sense to me but i'm not the expert.

Might be possible, might need VBA.

What do the values mean in the Kept and Sold columns? What positions do you want to you staff, including how many pitchers? For example, you don't want 6 left fielders with big hitting numbers.

    What do these mean:
"on the my team tab form keepers"
"the players in the keeper column are to be excluded" What is the keeper column?

I think it would help to attach your file. To attach a file:
    1. Under the text box where you type your reply click the Go Advanced button.
    2. In the next screen look above the reply box and click the "paper clip" icon. You will get a pop-up screen.
    3. In the pop-up, click Add then Select to select a file from your local drive
    4. Click the Upload button to upload the file
    5. Click Done to attach it.

It will be displayed as an attachment underneath your post text. Alternatively as the last step you can click the Insert Inline button and a hyperlink to the file will be inserted directly into your post text in the spot where your cursor is set at the moment you click the button.

Here are step-by-step instructions with screen shots

The values in the kept and sold column are the $ values that a player has been kept for, the sold column is not in use as this is used during the draft.
    2c, 1b, 2b, ss, 3b, 1b/3b ,2b/ss, 5of, 8p, 2rp

Any player that has a $ value assigned in the keeper columns is to be excludedBASEBALL2015final-NEW (1).xlsx
