Ill try to explain this as much as possible. I have a workbook with multiple worksheets. I have most automated so I fill in the pages in the back and the main page (the report) populates with information.
For most of this I use >Lookup< function to grab the information and place it in the main report page.

The Problem - I am unable to use lookup to grab my manpower information. I suspect this may be due to the column I need to get info from is double letters or that it is not the last number on the row as there is a total box at the bottom of the column.

So on the main page labeled Daily Report in box J2 I need the hours on site.
I get these from my worksheet "manpower" in column AD. there are no 0's in this column but there is a total at the bottom and I add in information each day that changes the total.
