Leave cell blank if no data entered into cell

Hello,
I have a workbook i am trying to repair after it was deleted by accident. It is an inspection sheet that will return Pass or Fail if measured value is between high and low limit. I have the function working to correctly populate pass or fail in the results but when I copy the formula down the column it still shows the result. Can someone please look at this and let me know how to leave the results cell blank if no data is in the "Measured dimension" column.
