US Tax Code Nested If Equation Help

I am building a model to calculate returns and required minimum distributions from brokerage accounts and I want to be able to auto calculate the income tax that is needed to be paid to the US government but my equation is spitting errors, I cannot find where my logic is flawed. Would someone be able to double check my work?

I don't know about US tax rates. But use LOOKUP function together with TAX Table might be easier.

    Regards.

Are you referring to cell H40? If so, just from a construction point of view, not accuracy, try this:

It's my first time using the If(And) operators and I am pretty new to using excel, so when I plugged in the fixed syntax and saw the table finally come to fruition I cracked the biggest smile. I really appreciate the help, Thanks!

Thanks Menem! I used the edited code snippet from below in my table this time, but if I am working on a larger project in the future (I am sure I will) that calls for many references to the US Tax code I will setup my table ahead of time and use a lookup function to make a more understandable and editable model!
