    Nested Formulas

Hello, I need to create a conditional list with a lot of possible conditions. I tried to do nested IF formulas but don’t seem to work. Is there a better way?

In the sample excel I want to get the Fee in the Product Fee column (G) and the Delivery data (F) depending on the selected type of products (from dropdown) and the Description (from Dropdown).

    Can anyone please advise?

    Thank you,

    VL

    Re: Nested Formulas

You haven't given any expected results, so it is not clear what you want to achieve. Fill in some manual data in your second sheet and re-attach.

    Re: Nested Formulas

    Hi Pete,

Thank you for the feedback. I've updated the sample file.

I included some data on the second tab, and based on the conditions selected for each "account" I need to bring the appropriate data from the 1st tab.

Hope this is clearer, thank you again

    Re: Nested Formulas

I believe that the expected results Pete_UK requested should include some examples of correct values, manually placed, in columns F:G on the Client List sheet.
That said here is my guess at a proposed solution to what post #1 is requesting:
    1. Fill in the blank cells on the Rate Card sheet using the Go To Special > Blanks method (https://www.ablebits.com/office-addi...-blanks-excel/)
    2. Populate column F on the Client List sheet using: =IF(A2="","",INDEX('Rate Card'!F$2:F$32,AGGREGATE(15,6,(ROW('Rate Card'!F$2:F$32)-ROW('Rate Card'!F$1))/('Rate Card'!A$2:A$32=C2)/('Rate Card'!E$2:E$32=D2),1)))
    3. Populate column G using: =IF(A2="","",SUMIFS('Rate Card'!C$2:C$32,'Rate Card'!A$2:A$32,C2,'Rate Card'!E$2:E$32,D2))
Note that some some Type and Description combinations are not listed on the Rate Card sheet i.e. Fresh and Single Pack (row 5).
