Nested IF formulas using OR

How do I write this Formula:

If, Janet, Lisa, Mark, then Basketball, if not lank OR If Jason, Jack, Tom, then Baseball, if not blank OR if Sasha, Mindy, Dan, then Football, if not blank

=IF OR(("Janet, "Lisa"," Mark"), "Basketball", ""), OR (("Jason", Jack," "Tom", "Baseball"), ""), OR (("Sasha", "Mindy", "Dan")), "Football", "")

This is what I've come up with but I'm having trouble putting this all together and having it work.

Are those names in a cell somewhere? If so, which cell? I don't think you want a blank after each condition - just one overall if none of the other names are found?
