Vlookup (or Index + Match) function to search multiple values from different workbook

Hi,

Now I am trying to collect "product code" and "Labour hour" against SO no.
Under the same SO, we have different product code and its labour hour.

If I have multiple workbooks (but in the same format), I am only interested in "Schedule" sheet in each file.

I have tried using Vlookup function but I can get only one result.

Question 1. How can I get multiple results listed in summary sheet?

Question 2. If I am only interested in "Completed" job (in Status column), what is formula I need to use?

I have consolidated the data from the workbooks in a single sheet under same columns since the data is in the same format "throughout all the workbooks" and used INDEX MATCH to do the look up.
