Automatically fill a list into a printable document

I have a workbook that I use to generate a random drug and alcohol testing list. I have the sheets named appropriately as Drug and Alcohol for the list they generate. What I need to do is capture the random list generated and populate that list to another sheet that will be a document I keep for record keeping requirements. I would like it very much if once the name populates from one sheet it will check the other sheet and verify the names, not return a duplicate and would mark accordingly with a checkmark the column for what test the individual selected must perform. I have attached the entire workbook to this thread as it is not large and there is no sensitive data included. The checkmarks placed in the Record document were manually placed. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
