I have pictures that I have inserted in a sheet. I would like to display a thumbnail version of them on another sheet.
Since cell Height can't go passed 409, referencing a cell (linked picture) won't work. (Don't ask me to resize the original images to fit in the cell lol, I need the quality).
Is there a way for a picture to reference another picture (to display that picture), similar to how a picture references a cell?

What do you mean by "reference"? Do you want be able to click on the thumbnail and then have it show the full-size image?
I figured it out! (I feel dumb)
My objective was to save space in my file. I wanted to show the same picture in multiple different sheets (referencing the same image) instead of excel "charging me space" for the same picture.
If I just click the pic and copy / paste the pic, excel actually references that original pic image that was inserted. So I can copy / paste 100 times without excel's file size going up 100 times. I can do whatever I want to the copied pic (thumbnails, links, etc).
