Formatting Cells to change colors based on time since being inputted

Hello all!
I am trying to figure out how to set up a table so that the rows change colors based on the amount of time since being inputted. So after a row has been populated for more than an hour it changes to yellow, 2 hours it changes to orange, and 3 hours to red. Does anyone have a way to accomplish this without using macros? The sheet is used online and the macros are not compatible with the online functionality it seems. Thank you all for your help!

Unlikely. You'd need a VBA worksheet Change Event handler to time stamp the entries. Then the CF should be straightforward.
