I have a spreadsheet (attached) where I want to highlight cells where dates match up for 2 scenarios: 1) I have 2 dates in column B and C and I want to highlight the cell where the month and year in a row match the month and year for the 2 dates; 2) I also want to highlight a cell where the month and year for a date in row 5 is 90 days prior to the month and date in column B.
I have tried various conditional format logic but can't get it to work. Thanks for taking a look!

However, for #2 I think your example is wrong. On row 6, the date in column B is 5/6/2022. Ninety days prior is 2/5/2022, so that would match 2/1/2022. Your example shows 3/1/2022, which is only 66 days prior. My formula highlights the latest date that is at least 90 days prior.
