Auto fill up of cells in Excel Workbook 2 with reference from Workbook 1

    Excel WB1.PNG
In this work book 1 , a person MIKE is present in JAN and FEB months as represented by numeric 1 against the respective dates.
There are alphabets like V,VT and VL represent varied positions of MIKE on different dates.
My query: Whenever I make entry of alphabets like V,VT and VL in this work book 1, I want it to be automatically reflected with same format colour and wording into Work book 2, in column B and D against the respective dates.

    Excel WB2.PNG
Work book 2 is attached for the similar reference which I am looking for.

Can any one help me please? Thank You

    Administrative Note

Members will tailor the solutions they offer to the version of Office (Excel) that you have. Please check that your forum profile is up-to-date in this respect. Windows 7 is an OS, not your Office version. If you aren't sure, in Excel go to File | Account and report what it says below the MS logo at the top of that page. Thanks.

    You haven't, though.

Windows 7 is an operating system, NOT your version of Office.

In Excel go to File | Account and report what it says below the MS logo at the top of that page. Thanks.

Is it what you asked me for?

Put that into your forum profile, please, to replace Windows 7.

Can you please guide me how it can be done?

    Yes I did it now

Additional Info: The Workbook 1 is on shared Drive. I wish those letters V,VL and VT to be pasted into Workbook 2 cells against respective dates, when ever it added to Workbook 1 cells.

    Thanks
