Combining Data based on common value

    My dear expert,
I come up with another problem. Need your help. From the input chart, I want to create a summary output chart based on combining common price and region code. I looked many places, But could not get the solution. I can do this with Excel VBA. But looking for a solution with Excel formula. Is it possible with Excel default formula?

Thanks in advance for your help.

Can be achieved with Power Pivot. You will see that I have built a new measure to accumulate the data. See the attached file. This will probably be available to you if you are using a newer version of Excel. Are you still using XL2007? If not, please update your profile to reflect the latest version you have.
