Advanced IF Statement Required

Hi All,

I'm trying to include another level of logic in an IF formula that will yield the required results.

The formula should look at if the value of a cell is FALSE, and return a value_if_true/value_if_false result accordingly, which will be the Sales Order #.
Where it gets tricky is when the value of the cell we are looking at is TRUE, there needs to be some additional logic to yield a slightly different result. If the cell below a FALSE cell is TRUE, the result needs to be different.

I've attached a sample file as it's hard to describe the problem in writing.

Column A contains the FALSE & TRUE values.
Column B contains the cells with the formula I've inputted. Note that the formula actually starts on cell B3 and not B2. Cell B2 is just an absolute starting value to start the numbering sequence.
Column C contains the desired result that I've keyed in manually which the formula should achieve.

Thank you but unfortunately, it's not working as it should.

When a TRUE value is right after a FALSE value, the formula should yield the Sales Order # +1,
When a TRUE value is right after a TRUE value, the formula should yield the same Sales Order # as one row above

I've attached a file showing the result of the formula you suggested in Column D.

The problem is you have put the formula in col D, but are still looking at col B, for col D use
