    Subtract two split columns in pivot table that are based on one column in the table

    I know that you can subtract two columns by using Calculated Field and putting two columns into it.
    But my problem is that the data is divided based on only one column.

    Sorry its in Russian, but translation is pretty simple. I have Inflow and Outflow. You fill in the row and choose whether it was Inflow or Outflow.
    Based on that I need a pivot table with Inflow, Outflow and Leftovers.
