I'm an amateur in excel and here on the forum, so I apologize if I do something wrong.
I want to use solver, with cell E13 (which contains the formula), and with variable cells E15 and E16. But when I use solver, the cells still have the same value. I don't understand what could be wrong.

The formula in cell E13 does not depend on E15 and E16. If you want Solver to optimize those values, you have better link them to your objective function.
Chemistry isn't my field, so I can't suggest how you should change your model.
