How do I combine the following

=COUNTIF(S11:S18,S18)>4

=IF(S18="HEMS Late",IF(S17="HEMS Late",IF(S16="HEMS Late",IF(S15="HEMS Late",TRUE,FALSE),FALSE),FALSE),FALSE)
