Assistance with IF / COUNTIF formulas

I need some assistance with a few formulas. I've tried many different things but cannot seem to figure it out. Hoping someone can chime in and help.

In the "dashboard" sheet -> cell B5
I am trying to calculate how many trades have been taken based on column "C" in the "trades" sheet.
I would like it to count only cells within the table and the "C" column that have selections of "LONG" or "SHORT" and if they do have it report back to the "dashboard" sheet under cell B5 and replace X with the correct count. anything else it will not count.

In the "dashboard" sheet -> cell B6 & B7
I am trying to calculate the value for cell B6 & B7 based on column "N" in the "trades" sheet.
This would count how many "YES" there are and report that back to the "dashboard" sheet under cell B6 and replace X with the correct count.
This would count how many "NO" there are and report that back to the "dashboard" sheet under cell B7 and replace X with the correct count.
The only difference here is that it would only count "YES" or "NO" IF column "C" is also has "LONG" or "SHORT" selected.

I hope that I have somewhat explained this correctly and open to any suggestions or better ways to do things.

Any help would be greatly appreciated. Much love to those that can help me out.
