Conditional formatting for difference greater or less than 5%

Hello, Hope you have all had a good week. Bit of a funny one this, it should be simple but I can't get my head around it. I have added a sample with a manual working:

The problem is two fold. If someone can help me with part A, then I'll worry about part B after that!

A) If the difference between A6 and B6 is equal to or greater than 5% then A6 is red
If the difference between A6 and B6 is equal to or less than 5% then A6 is amber
If A6 is greater than B6 then A6 is green

B) Depending on what colour A6 is, the whole range =$A$2:$B$7 will mirror it

Any and all help much appreciated as always...
