Need networkhours based on formula in another cell

I have the following data in a file with the Name field located in cell A1 and 1/1/2022 in cell E1. I have the following formula in cell E3: =IF($C3<E$1,0,SUM(MAX(NETWORKDAYS(MAX($B3,E$1),MIN(EOMONTH(E$1,0),$C3)),0)*8))*$A$35. This is pointing to the rate in cell A35. This formula is calculating the networkdays between the start and end dates in Columns B&C if they fall within the monthly columns starting in Col E. It then takes those hours and multiplies that by 8 and then multiplies it by the rate to give me a monthly cost. I'm looking for a formula that will add each columns hours. Any help would be appreciated.

I think this will work: =SUM(E3:E29)/A35. I seem to get the correct total hours.
