I am attempting to have a cell show a particular color if it is greater than another cell. Both cells are in time format, I can get it to work if I format individually but when I try to format multiple cells at once I get this error. "This type of reference cannot be used in a conditional formatting formula. Change the reference to a single cell, or use the reference with a worksheet function, such as =SUM(A1:E5). I have a sample of the sheet attached, thank you!
