Return Same Reference From Multiple Tabs

I understand how to use 3D references and currently have a formula setup as =SUM(2019:2020!K48) where I'm using the 2019 and 2020 tabs as "bookends." That's working fine. Now, though, I want to simply list the values from the same reference across those tabs. So rather than summing them, or using any other aggregation formula, I just want to list everything in B4, which contains the tab names. So I want to return, down the column,
    Job1
    Job2
    Job3
Is this possible? How can I do this?

Yes... but it's more complicated. Read teh yellow banner (top) and post a SMALL sample sheet

If I understand correctly then perhaps the following in C3 (Dashboard sheet) and down will do what you want: =INDIRECT(B3&"!B3")
