Compare columns in one spreedsheet in other spreedsheet

Compare cells in a column of a spreadsheet with a range of values ​​to see if the cell's value is in the range.
But the comparison is done in another spreadsheet, that is, I compare the values ​​from the "Samples NR" spreadsheet to the "Res1" spreadsheet.
The problem is that the function is wrong and I don't know why...

The function i used is the followed: '=COUNTIF('Amostras NR'!$A$4:'Amostras NR'!$A$123;">="0;'Amostras NR'!$A$4:'Amostras NR'!$A$123;"<"5)
I tried with and without the "$" and is wrong either way. Maybe i am using the wrong function?

yes, it works... but i just want to compare the column A, not the B. My goal is to see if the value in each cell in the column is in the range of [0,5]

COUNTIFS works perfectly well with whole column references. You do not need to repeat the sheet name every time

'Amostra TR'!A:A is correct

'Amostra TR'!A:'Amostra TR'!A is NOT correct
