need help with spreedsheet formula

hi i need help with this formula ok what i want to do is get the result in a percentage example 800-400 = 400 ok i whould like to get the result in a percentage in this case it would be 50% thank you for your help

=(A1-B1)/A1

here is another example 2000-250=1750 the formula you told me is to get the porcentage of the total but that in this case is 88% but what i need is to get the percentage of what i took (250) in this case it would be 16% sorry for the mixup please help me out thank you
