Indexing from a table on another sheet

Hello, I have a table
Sheet 1

I am tring to populate another sheet with a number according to current date.
Sheet 2

F1 is =Today()
c2 is ={INDEX(Bulk[LoanNumber],SMALL(IF($F$1=Bulk[Date], ROW(Bulk[Date])-ROW(Bulk[Date])+1),ROW(1:1)))}

Sheet one is a table with hundreds of values
and sheet 2 will populate the numbers that are of current date
