Trying to create a switchable pricing billing ticket.

I'm trying to create a ticket with a formula that switches contract pricing from a different page.
On LEM tab cell S4, I want that cell's drop down list to change the pricing on the equipment and labour below.
I have a formula set up to pull rates from EQP & LAB tabs, but I want the rates on that tab to switch prices based on the 'LEM' S4 cell.
I have a 'Rate Sched' tab set up with the pricing data. Is this possible, or is there a better way to variable the price?
    Any help will be appreciated.

Re: Trying to create a switchable pricing billing ticket.

Please add sample expected results in the "LEM" tab.

    And keep terminology constant.

For example is "Equipment Code" in "EQP" the same as "CMPT code" in "Rate Schedule" ? as there is need (?) to link these to get the price.

    Possible solution

    Formula: copy to clipboard
    =VLOOKUP(Code,'Rate Schedule'!$C$2:$I$100,MATCH(Lem!S4,'Rate Schedule'!$C$1:$I$1,0),0)

where Code = a "CMPT Code"

Re: Trying to create a switchable pricing billing ticket.

My apologies, yes that's correct. I'm trying to have the price pulled from 'Rate Sched' based off of 5 different contracts, based off the CMPT Code. I realized there was a typo in that earlier. CMPT Codes are how we identify equipment for billing purposes. The EQP/LBR/MAT is the group the CMPT Code belongs too. I'm trying to simplify the pricing by the end user only using 'LEM' tab. So when they select between contract 1-5 from cell S4, it switches the price based off the contract selected from the other tabs.

Re: Trying to create a switchable pricing billing ticket.

If ALL rates (for both EQP/LAB) are in "Rate Schedule" then the EQP/LBR tabs are (or could be) redundant.

Try the VLOOKUP i suggested using CMPT (code) as the search parameter.
