Edit text box to link with other cells from other tabs

Hi all,

Please can someone advise how I can have my 'team dashboard' tab, textbox6 (currently sitting under N, O, P columns) to have text updated from cell NM3 on the other tabs except for the lists tab?

So if on cell N3, on the team dashboard tab, the selection says Samuel (this is selected from the dropdown under B&C columns on team dashboard tab), the text from NM3 on Team Samuel should be returned and so on for other selections from the dropdown under B&C columns on team dashboard tab

Put the formula

=INDIRECT("'Team "&Lists!C2&"'!NM3")

in a spare cell somewhere, say V3 on the Lists sheet. Then in your TextBox use

=Lists!V3
