Count Row If Two Criteria Matches

Hello.

I'm trying to count row of table if two criteria matches.

The criteria is:
1. AA2 is the same as 'Sales 06 Jan 2022 - 06 Feb 2022'!F:F
2. D3 is the same as 'Sales 06 Jan 2022 - 06 Feb 2022'!G:G

I tried
