There are instructions at the top of the page explaining how to attach your sample workbook.
A good sample workbook has just 10-20 rows of representative data that has been desensitised. It also has expected results mocked up, relevant cells highlighted and a few explanatory notes.
Try this in B2 copied across and down:
=INDEX(Sheet1!$B$2:$G$6,MATCH($A2,Sheet1!$A$2:$A$6,0),MATCH(B$1,Sheet1!$B$1:$G$1,0))
