Monthly and quarterly reports

I wish to prepare financial workbook for a nonprofit organization which displays monthly expenses and income. Additionally, the monthly amounts have to flow over to quarterly worksheets so that at the end of every quarter I can show the Board quarterly and annual reports. Please can anyone show me how to do this preferably with You Tube video. This is my first post.

There are instructions at the top of the page explaining how to attach your sample workbook.

A good sample workbook has just 10-20 rows of representative data that has been desensitised. It also has expected results mocked up, relevant cells highlighted and a few explanatory notes.

Hi. Basically you're saying "Give me a complete system". That's not the way the forum works. If you want a You tube video, go to You tube. If you have a specific question about a specific exel problem, then come here.

So if you have a sample Excel sheet and a specific question there are lots of people ready and willing to help.
