Simple formula IFS/ COUNTIF

Hi

Need your expert to provide simple formula.

Please refer to the attached worksheet.

I need formula at Q5, probably COUNTA of COUNTIF
The condition is based on Sheet1 data.
For example in Q5, I need the COUNTA of GSCB who has passed the date in Q2 based on range value in D3:D7
If the date is similar with Q2, the value in Q5 shall be "0" or empty.

=COUNTIFS(Sheet1!$D$3:$D$7,"<="&$Q$2,Sheet1!$A$3:$A$7,B5)

Tqvm. It is working. I removed "=" sign for my need.
