Good evening,
I am looking for some assistance. I have a discipline tracker I am trying to update for my office. It has the main tab (discipline in progress). I would like to have the information from the prior years (22, 21, 20, 19, 18) be shown in the Summary tab, so when it is complete, I can move from the In Progress to the FY that it is completed.
Then when a manager is looking for all of an employee's discipline, we don't have to scroll through all the tabs.
I have attached the sheet, minus real data, so you can see what I am looking at.
I know Access is probably the better option, and that is my ultimate goal, but I have to figure out the relationships and what not's.
