Change my Filter formula to return unique values

Hello all,

hOW DO i CHANGE this formula:

=FILTER(E:E,H:H="No BU listed","")

To return unique values only?

I tried =UNIQUE(FILTER(E:E,H:H="No BU listed","")

and it returned a #NAME error.

I currently have an output of duplicate values from column H, whereas I JUST want the unique names/don't want the valuesduplicated. Thanks!
