Add cell value to formula bar

=IF(W12>=B15, "You have made 3 mistakes and lost this game. ","")

In the above formula using the formula bar and where the number 3 is I want cell B15 or the value of cell B15 to go there

Well, that was too easy. I am currently working on a Function that will exit the game after the number (3 in this case) has been reached, but ain't (Southern word) good with Functions but will post what I am working on later.
