    Heading no to come in the excel formula

    Hi,
    I have a excel sheet with 4 answers by the responded. I want to show the table heading number in the cell.

    Example i have four option Strongly agree, Agree, Disagree, Disagree or Neither Agree
    one responded has select the Strongly Agree,Agree,Neither Agree nor Disagree,Disagree. so in the cell it is shows as 1,2,4,3

    Attaching the excel sheet for your reference. output shown in the yellow colour
