    Consolidate data to smaller table

I have a table of items, quantities, and dollar amounts with a lot of space in it because it does not populate if there is no data to fill it in. Is there a way to create another table that only shows relevant data? Please see my example.

    Thanks for any help!

    In E3

    =IFERROR(INDEX($A$3:$C$1000,AGGREGATE(15,6,ROW($A$1:$A$1000)/($A$3:$A$1000<>""),ROWS($1:1)),COLUMN(A1)),"")

    Copy across and down
