Data extraction table into smaller list

I have a table where I'm trying to extract date from the master list into smaller lists, but the master list is updated daily so I want the smaller sheets to update the information from the master list. Only issue is I haven’t a clue as to how to have it do this.

Can anyone give me some advice on ways to achieve this?

You can use a helper column in the Master sheet which identifies which subsidiary sheet each record should be copied into, and gives each record a unique ID. Then on the subsidiary sheets you can use an INDEX/MATCH formula to retrieve the appropriate data for each sheet.

If you want more specific help than that, I suggest you attach a sample Excel workbook, so we can see how your data is laid out. Follow the instructions given in the yellow banner at the top of the screen.

Thank you Pete, ill give this a shot.

I had tried it with vlookup but I never got that to work between pages too well, and my co workers tell me that I can merge the data somehow but none of them can show me how to do it :P
