Problems to get 1st and 2nd "W" in a row range

    Hello

I've been struggling the past few days to get the 1st and 2nd "W" in a row range, to display the right name is a certain cell.
I have a timetable that displays who works on which day, which works perfectly fine, but my problems occur on saturday, where 2 different people work.

The thing I want to get to work is in Row Range I154:Q154 and Row Range I155:Q155 the "W" appears for the person that needs to work on that day, but AF154 & AF155 always displays the same name because it takes the first "W" it sees in that row, but I want to get the 2nd "W" in AF155, which I don't get to get working...

Any idea by any chance what formula can do this by any chance?

    Example

Karen & Wouter need to work on saturday

    What I get:

Marleen Carolien Jan Anneleen Karen Wouter
    / / / / W W Karen
    / / / / W W Karen

    What I want:

Marleen Carolien Jan Anneleen Karen Wouter
    / / / / W W Karen
    / / / / W W Wouter

(Sorry if it's bad explained, I don't really know how to explain it really well the way I want. To be sure I attached the file, but I don't know if the file is gonna work since its linked to other files aswell.

    Thanks in advance!

    Tom
