Index match multple criterai

Hi guys,



Please can someone advise how to insert a formula within the spreadsheet: 'my book' (ideally I`m working to do an index match but do not know how to do multiple criteria) to lookup all the columns from EH_INDEX MATCH MASTER but specifically return rows containing both:



Ray (in column G) AND 'Awaiting Permissions' in column M.
