Percentile (25, 50 and 75) based on per day per crew

Hi,
I'm trying to calculate 25, 50 and 75 percentile based on per day, per crew however the current formula I'm using isnt working. It shows for the entire data set instead of per day per crewCheckPercentile.xlsx

What do you expect to write formulas in that worksheet, and what do you expect the final result to be?
