Ccollect the correct tax with deductibles from sheet "Tax" based on year in C8

Hello. I have been working on an economic planner for a mortgage to my bank, and i want to get the correct tax with deductions. I have a dropdown list on the top which indicates different levels of mortgages. The formula i want to use and having trouble with is an index formula in cell C8, that is dependent on the mortgage in cell C2 all in the sheet "P&L", and i want the cell to collect the correct tax with deductibles from sheet "Tax" based on the year in cell C8 from sheet "P&L". So for example, if i get a mortgage of 2.5 million NOK in year 2023, the correct tax with deductables is 123861 NOK from cell E20 in the "Tax" sheet. is there any way to create an index formula that combines both the year, mortgage and correct tax?

I have tried different solutions and the closest i have been was that the formula collected the correct tax with deductables but from year 2025, and not 2023. My formula in the excel sheet i have put forward is from this example.

I am happy to give a more detailed explanation if there is a problem
