Show the value from cells when they're the same and have the same id numbers...

can You guys help me to find a way to show the values from the cells with some conditions?
Below the excel matrix.
I want to show the status2 in status1 when values1 = values2 where index cells are the same for products "THIS" and values2

My MS-Office is the same as Yours.
My question is clearly described above.
Thanks for updating your profile, However, I do not plan to retype/recreate what you have in front of you. That's why I asked for an Excel sheet, rather than a picture of one.
Others may help, but I'm out.
