Rent free Calculation

Hi,

I need help with some rent free period calculations.

The attached sheet shows an example of rent workings for the first 10 months.
Suppose 6 properties gets leased from month 1 to 6.

Rent for properties shall start from the month mentioned in cell B3 (4th month in this case). So, for properties 1-4 rent shall start from month 4 and for properties 5 and 6 rent shall start from the respective months.

Each property shall be given a rent free period of some months as mentioned in cell B2 (3 months in this case) from their respective rent start date.

I require help in automating "row 20" so that rows 14-19 can be eliminated.
Also, row 20 should be linked with cell B2 and B3.
