Linking Sheets with INDIRECT Not Working

I have prepared a excel work book for planning the IATF Audit quarter wise from Jan to Dec 2022, sheet named as Audit Schedule IATF2022 , which is attached with this post.

In the work book ,there is one sheet named as IATF audit Schedule (2), in this sheet the column are headed as process name, 1st Quarter, the months are named as quarterwise from jan to march first quarter,
from this sheet , I want to link the another sheet named as quarter1, quarter 2, etc.
the quarter sheet having column named as process , Auditor, Date of Audit. I want to update the quarter wise sheet automatically as we change the IATF audit Schedule sheet in process name , auditor name , audit date columns.

I used offset function to get the process name and get result correctly but the offset function not working to get the result for auditor name and date of audit.

the these two column are to get linked with the sheet named as IATF audit column in which the Auditor name and Audit date appear.

in the attached sheet , i have done it manually but, I want to use excel function for updation

    Administrative Note:

    Welcome to the forum.

We would very much like to help you with your query, however the thread title does not really convey what your request is about. Tell us what you are trying to do, not how you think it should be done.

Please take a moment to amend your thread title. Make sure that the title properly explains your request. Your title should be explicit and not be generic (this includes function names used without an indication of what you are trying to achieve).

Please see Forum Rule #1 about proper thread titles and adjust accordingly. To edit the thread title, open the original post to edit and then click on Go Advanced (bottom right) to access the area where you can edit your title.

(Note: this change is not optional. As you are new here, I have done it for you this time.)
