    Question HELP Sumifs Formula with Date range and Text

    Hello all

    I am attempting a SumIfs formula that looks for a name and a range between two dates, then sums a number. If I am looking for the name "Bob"
    The formula I currently have is: =SUMIFS(E4:E174,(D4:D174),">L3""&<M3",(A4:A174),"Bob"). I am getting the Answer "0" Which is incorrect.
