Upper & Lower Limit error

Nominal: 3.708 (+0.055 / -0)
Result: 3.736
It should be PASS Result.
Why it shows FAIL instead?

Even I add in '+0.05 & '-0, still the same issue.

D2-G2 = 3.708-3.736= -0.028 which is <F2 (value 0), thus the AND function returns FALSE thus " FAIL"
